Tina Wu, MD, MBA, is Co-Founder and Chief Medical Officer of NOHO. Double board-certified in Emergency Medicine and Obesity Medicine, she practices as an attending physician and associate professor at the Greater Los Angeles VA Healthcare System.

Prior to founding NOHO, Dr. Wu held senior leadership roles at Cloud Health Medical Systems, Sunrise Health, and Waltz Health. She spent more than a decade at NYU Langone Health, serving as Associate Chief of Service in Emergency Medicine and Medical Director of Kimmel Pavilion 11. During the COVID-19 pandemic, she led an acute care unit, reinforcing her commitment to high-acuity and underserved patient populations.

Dr. Wu earned dual BA and BS degrees from the University of Arizona, an MBA from Harvard Business School, and an MD from the UCLA David Geffen School of Medicine. She completed her Emergency Medicine residency at NYU Langone/Bellevue and fellowships in global health and national security. She has published extensively and was named by Time Magazine among the “200 Brightest, Most Industrious Minds in America.”

Dr. Rula C. Geha is a physician and life sciences executive with nearly two decades of clinical experience, specializing in oncology across inpatient and outpatient settings. She serves as Senior Medical Director of Corporate Health at MacAndrews and Forbes, where she leads corporate health strategy, conducts due diligence on emerging therapeutics and biotechnologies, and oversees philanthropic medical initiatives. Additionally, she serves as a medical advisor for several corporations such as Soteria Precision Medical Foundation. She has built high-impact clinical programs, including launching an in-house medical clinic and developing custom medical record and inventory systems.

Dr. Geha completed fellowships in surgical breast oncology and endocrine surgery at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Montefiore Medical Center. She previously practiced as an attending surgeon at Montefiore and Crystal Run Healthcare, performing complex procedures and conducting research in neuroendocrine, endocrine, and breast cancers. She earned her MD from Case Western Reserve University, completed residency at Columbia Presbyterian, and holds degrees in molecular biology and biochemistry from Wesleyan University.

Lenee Gordon, DNP, APRN, FNP-C, ENP-C, is a nurse practitioner with over nine years of experience spanning concierge medicine, urgent care, emergency medicine, telehealth, and clinical operations. She has worked across high-acuity emergency departments, high-volume urgent care centers, and rapidly scaling digital health platforms, bringing both frontline clinical expertise and systems-level leadership.

Lenee has held senior clinical leadership roles overseeing multi-state provider teams, quality and compliance programs, accreditation readiness, EMR transitions, and KPI development. Her background includes provider training and onboarding, protocol and workflow design, billing audits, and large-scale operational rollouts. She currently contributes to clinical quality initiatives for national telehealth organizations while continuing to provide virtual urgent and primary care, including GLP-1 weight management.

She is licensed as an APRN in multiple states and is board-certified as both a Family Nurse Practitioner and Emergency Nurse Practitioner.
