FAQ

About Noho Labs

What is Noho Labs?
Noho Labs is based on Noho Medical Solutions P.C. (“Noho”), a physician-led telehealth practice focused on whole-body optimization, longevity, and wellness. Noho clinicians offer personalized medical consultations, may prescribe a range of evidence-based medications and cutting-edge peptides, and consults on other innovative longevity strategies.
Does Noho employ licensed medical providers?
Yes. All Noho providers are appropriately licensed physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants based in the United States who undergo extensive training, background checks, and NPDB (National Practitioner Databank) review. All providers practice within the scope of their licenses and in accordance with state telehealth laws.

Services and Medications

What kind of medications and peptides does Noho prescribe?
Our clinicians prescribe medications that align with the patient’s clinical goals and presentation. This may include:
- FDA-approved medications
- FDA-approved medications prescribed for off-label uses when clinically appropriate and supported by medical literature
- Compounded peptides and vitamins from licensed 503A compounding pharmacies
Our clinicians may also provide educational information about other medication options and health products that are not available by prescription or where a prescription is not required.
Are these medications FDA-approved?
Some medications we prescribe are FDA-approved, including for off-label uses where appropriate. We may also prescribe compounded medications that are not FDA-approved, andare prepared by licensed 503A pharmacies in accordance with a patient-specific prescription. While off-label prescribing and compounded medications are legal and common in medical practice, these uses have not undergone the same rigorous FDA review process for safety and efficacy for the specific condition being treated.
Where are prescriptions filled?
We partner with compounding pharmacies that do rigorous third party testing to ensure quality and safety. Our compounding pharmacy partner is:

Tailor Made Compounding
200 Moore Dr.
Nicholasville, KY 40356
(859) 887-0013

We also will prescribe medications to retail pharmacies as appropriate. Patients may choose to use our preferred pharmacies or ask their clinician about alternatives.

In addition, our clinicians may discuss non-prescription options that patients can obtain outside of pharmacies.

Compliance and Safety

How do you help ensure patient safety?
We currently limit the number of patients per clinician, allowing for personalized, high-touch care. All providers review the patient’s intake, labs (if applicable), and history in depth before prescribing any clinically appropriate medications. Follow-ups and monitoring are built into our care model. Our providers will refer you to in-person care when clinically appropriate. Patients may contact their clinician at any time if they have safety concerns and are encouraged to contact 911 in the case of any life-threatening emergencies.

Access and Eligibility

Which states do you operate in?
At this time, Noho providers are available to patients in the following states: California, New York, Florida, Texas, and Illinois. We are rapidly expanding and will update our website as we establish operations, licensure, and operational readiness in additional states. Telehealth consultations are conducted in accordance with state-specific telehealth laws and regulations.
How do I get started?
You’ll begin with a detailed intake form and medical history. After review, you’ll be offered a telemedicine consultation with a provider licensed to practice in your state. If clinically appropriate, your provider may issue prescriptions to be filled by a pharmacy. Not all consultations will result in a prescription.
Do I need labs before starting?
Some therapies require baseline lab testing. If needed, your provider will order labs for you. You may use your local lab, or we can help coordinate testing.
